The combination of individualized personal training, group sessions ranging from mobility/stretching to HIIT, mental training, targeted recovery, and exceptional culinary experiences provides retreat participants with the opportunity to optimally nourish their bodies and holistically enhance their personal performance.
Day 1: Arrival and Welcome – First Personal Training Session
Days 2-4: Morning Run, Personal Training, HIIT or Mobility or Mental Training
Day 5: Breakfast and Departure
🏋️ Individual Personal Training – Build strength and improve stability with effective exercises that challenge your entire body.
💪 Mobility – Optimize your movement quality and prevent injuries with targeted mobility drills and stretching techniques.
🔥 HIIT – Endurance – Athletics – Boost your performance with workouts that challenge strength, endurance, and coordination.
🧘♂️ Regeneration – Recovery – Mental Training – Enhance your recovery with active relaxation, breathing techniques, and regenerative methods for sustainable performance.

Between sessions, you can plan your free time as you wish, for example:
🚴♂️ Explore the idyllic surroundings by bike – bicycles are available on-site for free use.
🏊♂️ Swim in the on-site natural lake or try stand-up paddling (SUP).
💦 Relax in one of the two saunas.
💆 Treat yourself to a soothing massage – 1x 50-minute session included in the price!

At the VITURA Performance Retreat, you can expect intensive training, mindful recovery, and an exclusive expert lecture.
