About me

Movement has always been a part of my life – driven by a strong curiosity to explore and constantly discover new sports.

To deepen my practical know-how, I’m currently studying Sports Science at the University of Vienna. My focus lies on various aspects of training theory – with the goal of offering my clients scientifically grounded coaching.

What truly matters to me is this:
I don’t just want to help people get fitter – I want to support and empower them in how they move.
